Arrowmen or Parents

This month we are meeting at the usual time 7:30 on the 11th. There is going to be Mormon Battalion re-en-actors we will have a great time. hope to see you there.

From last months ordeal we gained one new member, we would like to welcome Michael Peterson to our chapter and congratulate him on his ordeal

We are attempting to try and get 100 members and stay constant at 100 members for 100 years of Order of the Arrow which will be in 2015 so if you would like to help with that goal then get a form from Chapter Chief Dallin Lambertsen or Treasurer Steven Deppe along with $10 and then you are re-registered.

*if you went through an ordeal this year you don't have to register for next year*


We are looking for anyone who would be willing to be the chapter secretary. this requires an extra monthly meeting and a few obligations. if you would like to be the chapter secretary please let me know dallin412@comcast.

The El-Ku-Ta Lodge Brotherhood Ceremony



Now is the time to seal your membership into the Order of the Arrow.

The Brotherhood ceremony is your next step in the Order of the Arrow. You need to get with your Chapter Advisor to check off all of the prerequisites for the Brotherhood.

To become a Brotherhood member you need to complete the following.

1. Be an Ordeal member for 10 months.

2. Memorize the following:

* The Obligation
* The Song
* The Admonition
* The sign of Ordeal membership
* The Order of the Arrow handclasp

3. Write a letter to the Lodge Secretary stating how you intend on continuing to serve others and to the Order

Welcome New Members/October 13th Wednesday

I would like to welcome our new member to the order of the arrow, Caleb Overbaugh, Jacob Fisher, Micheal Deppe, and i know there is one more I can't remember his name though.

Our October activity will be on the Wednesday the 13th not on Thursday we will be seeing Apache and Black Hawks (like army helicopters) at airport 2. Please be in your full uniform.It will be awesome. You might be able to sit in a black hawk. We can only have 25 people so if you are coming let me know early Dallin412@comcast.net see you there

September... Oh boy

For our monthly activity on the 9th we will be having an outdoor game night. bring ideas and the stuff needed for that game (otherwise Russ wants to play duck. duck, goose).

Jamboral September 17th and 18th

this is going to be an party we will bring the teepee and russes new sound system, we will probably be meeting at russes at 3:30-4:00ish and the head down to Toole for the camp out. All you have to bring is $5 and basic overnight camping stuff.

please hold elections in your own troop, team, or crew for this coming ordeal then send me all the names so we can get them through by September. I know what some of you are thinking "that i don't have to do because everyone else will" that is not true we need YOU to be involved in the chapter please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you need help email me at Dallin412@comcast.net the only people going to the ordeal from our chapter our Andrew Hahn, Steven Deppe, and candidates.
